Classes are structured so that an emphasis is placed on the development of everyone's skills. There is a family-like atmosphere where fellow classmates interact with each other.
Dress code: students are required to wear kung fu pants or similar; tennis shoes or martial arts shoes; and a school t-shirt.
Age limit 4 to 12 for Kids' Praying Mantis Program.
Age limit 13 and older for Adult Praying Mantis and Chin Na Programs.
Getting Started: Contact the school and set a time to come in and view a class. Then you will have a brief interview with the instructor.
Mondays 6:00 to 7:00 pm = Kids Praying Mantis
Mondays 7:15 to 8:30 pm = Adult Praying Mantis
Wednesdays 6:00 to 7:15 pm = Chin Na
Wednesdays 7:15 to 8:30 pm = Adult Praying Mantis
The cost for training at the school will depend on which program you join. We offer a Kids' Praying Mantis Program, Adult Praying Mantis Program, and a Chin Na Program and a combination of the various adult programs. We offer a family discount. Prices are based on a monthly tuition. Dues need to be paid at the beginning of each month. No contracts.

believe every school and/or style should be practicing this way of fighting.
Anyone who has a school or some structured martial arts program and wants to
incorporate a chin na program, then contact Sifu Wicker. He can assist in
developing this program.
For those who cannot make our normal class times or
prefer to be in an individual learning environment contact Sifu Wicker about
private lessons. He is available to teach praying mantis and chin na.
