The Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu School has been offering classes in traditional Chinese Martial Arts since 1999. We are a traditional Kung Fu school that teaches a style of martial art which will provide life protection and can help improve your health. Our instructors have extensive training and experience in the field, and we believe that Kung Fu is not just a physical exercise, but a way of life that instills discipline, respect, and focus in our students. We aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
